Brake stroke adjustment – 0.5 to 1 mm

Final limit switch top-bottom – 150 mm

Sheave rope guard – 3 to 5 mm

Gear oil level – between minimum to maximum

Rope slip – ½ meter

Guide shoe clearance(car) – 2 to 3 mm

Guide shoe clearance (counter weight) – 3 to 5 mm

Car-counterweight rope guard clearance – 5 mm

Counter weight runby – 300 to 350 mm

Car runby – 300 to 320 mm

Running clearance (auto door) – 30 mm

Running clearance (manual) – 25mm

Safety gear block to guide rail – 2mm

Safety switch electrical – 3 mm
