FINGERED IN ELEVATOR SHEAVE




from these video i just want to share may personal experience regarding safety.


as you know there is monthly,quarterly check up for main sheave, ropes, proper running n all.
as given schedule by my incharge i m checking the main sheave & ropes.yes,i have not wear my protection hand gloves during these checking, i am given instruction to my junior person yes its true he is also following my instruction properly but after sometime my junior is quite busy in phone call and not following my instructions properly suddenly a misunderstanding happen my junior put the lift in normal mode and finger.........IMAGINE.......IMAGINE

but thanks GOD nothing big happen a slightly painful injured



'kindly request to all technician while you are working on field  then be active & co-ordinate properly with each other'

'hearing knowledge must be properly active & always be attention on words'

'if possible please avoid mobile phone while working'

The elevator drawings are easy to read. They will be a little confusing at the first. But if you once get a hold on it then its fine. To read the elevator drawing, you must know the parts of an elevator. I mean the common parts of an elevator. The elevators have different kinds of drawings. Both  image show the top view of SHAFT in other words its is also known as SHAFT  PLAN & HOIST WAY. This drawing shows the main bone positions of elevator guide rails, distance between rails, Cabin size, shaft size, entrance size, entrance position, running clearance, counter weight position., Counter weight size, etc. The above drawing shows the typical elevator shaft plan. Is worker safety is not important for company….??

One of my friend have share these video for safety purpose. These video is of on of the reputed company. I don’t understand why some company don’t provide any safety towards worker. Is worker safety is not important for company….?? I have got some feedback towards these unsafety work . I have asked question to some technical person, the answer is shocking. AAJ TAK AISA HE KAAM HOTA AAYA HAI JAYDA SAFETY CAHIYE TO CHORR DOO COMPANY (till now we are working like these only if you need safety then leave the job) Companies are taking lots of project and making to much capital source from clients but they fails towards safety. Ours safety government department have to make some strict law towards SAFETY . Even we workers also have family, friends, relation etc waiting after ours working time.
